  • ¾ lb. of fresh trimmed green beans
  • 1 lb. of red potatoes, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 medium onion, wedged
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder

How to:
