Ingredients:
Cinnamon rolls (refrigerated tube): 1 (or 2 for a larger batch)
Granny Smith apple(s), peeled and diced (about 1–2, depending on size)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray a muffin tin.
2. Toss diced apple with cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
3. Roll out each canned cinnamon roll into a flat disk using a rolling pin or a cup.
4. Place each flattened roll into the muffin tin cups.
5. Gently press a generous spoonful of the apple mixture into the center of each roll.
6. Bake for 13–15 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
7. Let cool 5 minutes, then drizzle the included icing over the warm rolls.
